He has held a number of directionship roles under asset management in leading international financial institutions such as Unicredit, Credit Agricole Indosuez and Intesa Sanpaolo. He subsequently co-founded and grew many asset management companies across Europe. He is the Founder and Chairman of Tendercapital, which he runs from London. He actively participates in the company’s strategic positioning and development of investment products. He obtained a degree in Economics & Banking and also a Master in Marketing Management, both from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan. Moreno Zani is a member of Tendercapital Executive Committee.

She has over fifteen years of experience in Asset Management in the United Kingdom. She has well-diversified experiences and has specialised in Regulated Company start-ups, also covering compliance, administration and financial operations. Since 2010, she set up various FCA regulated entities where she covered the role of CFO and Executive Director. In the early years of her career she was Executive Sales at Bloomberg Financial Markets up to the year 2000. In 2000 she moved to work for her family business, in the Shipbuilding sector, focusing on new business development in India and Far East Asia. She then became CFO and Marketing Director at Pompe Garbarino SpA (Italy) up to 2006. She has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at the University of Politecnico of Milan.She has over fifteen years of experience in Asset Management in the United Kingdom. He has over twenty years of work experience, in equity sales related roles, in London, city where he’s been living for several years, for well renowned investment banks, such as Panmure Gordon, WestLB, Lazard & Co., and Jefferies International. He later worked in Spain at ACMH Ltd, as a senior portfolio advisor for long/short equity funds. He then moved to Paris, where he co-founded and managed ADF Adivsors Sas, an advisory firm for an equity market neutral fund. He has a degree in Economics & Business Management from the Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata. Alessandro Chiarini is a member of Tendercapital Executive Committee.

After working at the Finance Department of Canton Ticino, in 1993 he took over his father’s firm, Camponovo & Partners Group, which dealt with company consultancy, tax advisory and accounting, based in Chiasso. During the following years and up to now, he developed the firm’s activities spreading both the structure and services. Today, Camponovo & Partners Group is active in Corporate Finance, Company consultancy, investments in Private equity and Real Estate and Wealth Management, with offices in Chiasso, Lugano, Dubai and Hong Kong. Degree in Economics and Finance from Hochscule St. Gallen.

With 26 years experience in the Asset Management industry in London, Dublin, Boston and Bermuda, Raymond has held leadership positions in both global organisations and entrepreneurial start-ups. He has worked with clients in an advisory, audit and risk management capacity, conducted a variety of acquisitions and office launches and acted as director of numerous regulated companies and investment funds.

Between 2005 to 2013 Raymond was the Founding Member and Chief Executive Officer of Kinectic Partner, a boutique global professional services firm and between 2000-2005 he was Partner in Charge of Financial services Group at RSM Robson Rhodes. He was also the Managing Director of Investors Bank & Trust from 1994 to 2000.

He is Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a Member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Association (CFA).

Conor MacGuinness brings to his role as an Independent Director of Tendercapital Funds PLC  his well-rounded experience in fund administration, with particular emphasis on alternative investment structures, which he gained in Ireland, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Previously, he was Vice President and Manager of the Client Services team for BNY Mellon, Alternative Investment Services (2005-2013), where he was responsible for managing a team of client service professionals covering Ireland, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Team Leader Operations (Dublin) for Man Investments, a leading provider of alternative investment solutions to private and institutional clients worldwide.

He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business in Ireland and a Certificate in Investment Management from the Society of Investment Analysts (Ireland). He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.

Christian Currivan is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland (2001) and passed the California Bar exam in 2014. He also was admitted as an attorney at law in 2017. He received his professional legal training with A&L Goodbody Solicitors. Post qualifying, he worked in the banking and structured finance group of Matheson Solicitors and in 2003 was appointed as In-House Counsel to Deutsche International Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited, there he specialized in compliance and regulation and has extensive experience in the regulated banking and investment markets. He then embarked on a career as a professional director and has over 15 years’ experience acting as a non- executive director of various types of investment vehicles. Law degree obtained from University College Cork in 1995, he also holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law from University College Dublin.

After several experiences in asset management companies, he worked for OPTIMA – Gruppo Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna as responsible for operational risks.

In Tendercapital he specialised in Risk management, gaining also an international certification. He is the Chief Risk Officer, combining the profound knowledge of the business with the ability to master risk management techniques and tools.

Throughout her career she has specialised in international and European law with a particular focus on banking and finance law. Her dissertation has been published in the UK as a book on international pharmaceutical law and economics.

Before joining Tendercapital, she practiced law at two law firms in Milan as well as a training period at the Arbitro Bancario e Finanziario at the Bank of Italy. After obtaining the qualification to practice law at the CDA of Milan, she worked as Legal and Compliance Officer at an AIF management company in Luxembourg, developing, in this way, expertise in the field of alternative investment funds.

Master’s degree in Law with specialization in international law at Bocconi University in Milan.

Born in Rome, entrepreneur with interests in various sectors.

He is managing director of Holding Immobiliare Pallavicini.

He holds a degree in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome.

Co-founder of Sodali Spa, then Morrow Sodali, of which he has been chairman since 2020. He has been a board member of Aon Italia Spa since 2015.

Since 2021, he has been Embassy Counsellor of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Italian Republic.

Since 2016 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Association for Cancer Research and since 2020 he has been a Board Member of the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital Foundation.

He was chairman of Atlantica Real Estate (2015-2020), board member of Prelios listed company (2013-2015), co-founder and board member of GWM until its sale. Member of the executive committee and national board member of Confedilizia (2010-2019). Previously he served for six years as national president of Adsi (Association of Italian Historical Residences) and for four years as director and member of the steering committee of the Cini Foundation in Venice.

Giovanni Castellaneta has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of doValue S.p.A. since 2015.
Born in Gravina in Puglia (BA) on 11/09/1942, he graduated in Law from the La Sapienza University of Rome. He was Head of the Press Service and spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Representative of the Italian Government for reconstruction in Albania and Italy’s Permanent Observer in the Organisation of American States. He was Italian ambassador in Iran, Australia and in some Pacific Ocean States, in the USA and in the Bahamas. He was, from 2001 to 2005, diplomatic counsellor of the President of the Council and his personal representative for the G7/G8 Summits.

He has also served in other countries, including Somalia, Portugal, France and Switzerland/UN, and has worked for the FAO in Rome and for the European Commission in Brussels.

From 2002 to 2012 he covered the role of Board Director of Leonardo/Finmeccanica and Vice Chairman of the homonymous Group. From 2010 to 2016 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of SACE and from 2012 to 2017 he covered the role of Chairman of doNext S.p.A. (formerly Italfondiario S.p.A.).

From 2013 to June 2018, he was Chairman of Torre SGR S.p.A. and from 2014 to 2018 he was Chairman of Milanosesto S.p.A..

At doValue SpA he also covered the role of member of the Risks and Related Party Transactions Committee and the Appointments Committee.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Retelit Med S.r.l. and Director of Exprivia S.p.A. since 2020.

He has been General Secretary of the Iniziativa Adriatico Ionica (IAI) since June 2017.

He is a Knight of the Grand Cross of the Italian Republic and Officer of the Legion of Honour of the French Republic.

Alfonso Celotto lives and works in Rome, where he is Professor of Constitutional Law and Comparative Public Law at the University of Rome “Roma 3” and founder of Studio Legale Celotto.

He is a visiting Professor at the U.B.A. – University of Buenos Aires, at the University of Warsaw; at  UNSW – New South Wales University (Sydney) and at McGill University of Montréal.

He is member of the Rome Bar Association and since 2003 he has been admitted to practice before the Higher Jurisdiction, the Court of Cassation.

He has held various institutional positions, i.e. Head of Cabinet and Head of the Legislative Office of Ministers Emma Bonino, Roberto Calderoli, Fabrizio Barca, Carlo Trigilia, Federica Guidi and Giulia Grillo. He was Extraordinary Commissioner of the “Ospedale Israelitico” in Rome.

Martin Graham is a capital markets expert with a strong track record of leading international teams to formulate and execute transformational growth strategies. He is recognised as a global champion of intelligent regulation and good corporate governance and has developed exceptional skills as a board member across a number of sectors. He currently holds a number of senior board positions, chairs Aldbourne Partners, a specialist advisory and wealth management boutique and provides high level consultancy services to a range of leading private equity companies.

Between 2003 and 2009 Martin was Director of Markets and Chairman of AIM at London Stock Exchange PLC. He personally led the exchange’s growth strategy and he was instrumental in building the company’s international franchise, significantly outperforming all other major competitors. Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange he held a series of senior positions in the global financial services industry.

He graduated from the London School of Economics and has also studied at Stanford University.

Alexandre Gruca has 20 years of experience in finance and investment management, of which more than 10 years in real estate. He worked as a director for RREEF (Deutsche Bank) where he completed real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €3 billion across several European countries. Prior to RREEF, he was part of Deutsche Bank’s leveraged finance team. He also spent 4 years as a ranked equity research analyst with Morgan Stanley’s equity research department.

More recently, he was the co-founder and CEO of Joivy, a technology company which built a professional networking platform applied to the recruiting of candidates based on their culture fit.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Diplôme de Grande Ecole from ESCP Europe.
