The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the frail and elderly hardest, but in the tragic nature of the events, it has also shown their strongest and most courageous side in facing it. This is the data that emerged from the second Tendercapital-Censis Observatory on Silver Economy entitled: “The Silver economy in the darkest year”. It was presented at the Senate by Giuseppe De Rita, president of Censis, and Moreno Zani, chairman of Tendercapital, and it showed that 69.3% of the elderly declared that they have not suffered from psychophysical stress since March 2020 and that they are ready to play a leading role in Italian society and economy.
