Tendercapital Ltd has adopted a procedure to ensure prompt handling of customer complaints.

The handling of complaints is entrusted to the Compliance Department.
Complaints must contain the customer’s identification details, the details of the position opened with Tendercapital Ltd, the reasons for the request and be signed by the customer himself or by his delegate. Complaints, together with any relevant supporting documentation, a copy of the client’s identity document and any proxy, must be addressed to the e-mail box: complaints@tendercapital.com
