« There is a great hunger for content, and we have decided to bet on Italianness »: Moreno Zani‘s statement about the birth of the new content production company Tenderstories on Prima December issue practically a manifesto. The company is controlled by the Tendercapital fund, of which Zani is chairman, while journalist Malcom Pagani is the creative director. The CEO was still missing in December, said Zani, unable to reveal the cards on a negotiation already in progress, but not yet closed. Now the CEO is there: Fedele Usai, who also joined the company as a shareholder. Usai left Condé Nast Italia at the end of 2019, of which he had been managing director for nine years. Condé Nast was also the last professional home of Pagani, who was deputy editor of Vanity Fair until last November.
