The health emergency is amplifying the social unease with dynamics that negatively impact on the well-being of families, as well as on female employment. The figures in the second Censis-Tendercapital Report presented at the Senate show that there are now 5 million Italians with problems in guaranteeing themselves « decent » meals. A total of 600 thousand people have been added to the population living in poverty as a result of the pandemic.
