Promuovere lo sviluppo dell'economia reale nel sud Italia Tendercapital Real Assets Fund è un fondo di investimento chiuso che investe principalmente in attività "reali": energie rinnovabili, infrastrutture e real estate collegati ai suddetti settori, con una percentuale di investimento preponderante nel sud Italia. Obiettivo rischio-rendimento: rendimento totale a lungo termine combinando reddito diretto (flussi di cassa) proveniente dagli assets e valorizzazione di questi assets nel tempo. Rischio medio rapportato ad un rendimento atteso medio alto in un orizzonte di lungo periodo.

Oggi il PNIEC (Piano Energia e Clima 2030) ha un obiettivo di 52 GW solari installati entro il 2030; quasi 2,5 volte la capacità che era attiva nel 2019 (circa 20,9 GW). Nel periodo tra il 2023-2025 si prevede che la capacità solare media annua aggiuntiva sarà pari a circa 4,6 GW.
